ÇANAKKALE NAVAL COMMAND MUSEUM

It is included in Naval Forces Command. It is of the first class military statue as Anıtkabir Museum and accessible to public. Çanakkale Naval Museum was built in the city center of Çanakkale (in 1982) within the 67th anniversary celebration programme of 18th March 1915 Naval Victory as a result of the studies for meeting this need as the information complex in terms of the statement of 1915 Naval and Ground War was not available.

In the museum, there are a large park, Çimenlik Castle (Kala-i Sultaniye), Nusrat Mine Ship model, Art and Photograph Gallery and Library. In the indoor and outdoor areas of Çimenlik Castle, many guns and military objects used in Çanakkale Wars are exhibited. It takes for 1 hour minimum to visit the Castle.
